Return and Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

• An inquiry has been started within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unworn and unwashed. Returned product will be inspected upon receiving, and if the product is in perfect condition, the buyer will be refunded the full amount.
• The product arrives damaged or wrong product was shipped.
• **It is always up to the discretion of Cloud Nine Closet to decide whether a refund is appropriate or acceptable.**
